uTalk Challenge is coming to India for the first time after 15 years of operation in the United Kingdom.
The uTalk Challenge is the only national language competition in the UK open to primary school age children. It is now coming to India for the first time after more than 15 years of operation in the UK.
Run by language learning company uTalk, it aims to introduce children to new languages and make learning fun. By using uTalk’s app, pupils create their own user account and are encouraged to learn independently.
Students practise mostly during their own free time with an option to allocate practice time during school hours.

Ideal for students who don’t speak English as their first language.
Speaking new languages unlocks a world of opportunities for students wanting to travel, connect with other cultures or supplement their formal learning – whatever they’re studying.
After participating in the challenge for six weeks, children will have learned the basics of an entirely new language including numbers, colours, time, adjectives etc.
For just Rs 1000 per pupil, children have the opportunity to take part in an International Competition.
